 UNA SENTENZA CHE PREMIA IL DISIMPEGNO DEGLI STUDENTI. IL TAR LAZIO ESCLUDE I DOCENTI DI RELIGIONE DALLA VALUTAZIONE FINALE PER IL CONFERIMENTO DEI CREDITI

Egregio prof. Ruscica,

chi scrive è un insegnate con contratto a tempo indeterminato di Religione Cattolica in un Liceo Scientifico, iscritto allo SNADIR da tempo, e che segue con ovvio interesse le vicende che hanno riguardato la categoria negli ultimi dieci anni e vivo compiacimento le strategie di impegno sindacale con le quali lo SNADIR ha affrontato e affronta le problematiche di cui sopra. Colgo loccasione per dirLe grazie per limpegno e la competenza mostrati e spero che il sindacato possa sempre di più affrontare con successo  i problemi che, a volte, anche ciclicamente si ripresentano allattenzione dellopinione pubblica.

Uno di questi è lormai annoso problema della valenza giuridica che lInsegnamento della Religione Cattolica dovrebbe avere in sede di scrutinio finale ai fini della determinazione del credito scolastico, ritornato alla ribalta negli ultimi giorni, in seguito alla sentenza del TAR-Lazio dell 11/08/2009. Ed è proprio su questo argomento che volevo esternarLe alcune mie riflessioni che spontaneamente mi sono scaturite allindomani della pubblicazione della notizia sui giornali.
